The CornuFé 110 dual-fuel is a wide range for a serious cook: twin vaulted ovens that work independently, with a gas hob whose central burner delivers 4 kW. The ovens work separately, so one can be in use while the other sits idle, and one can drift off while the other stays accurate.
Everything is controlled by knobs and nothing is displayed. Each oven is read on its own with a thermometer against its dial. On the hob, every burner is lit, the central 4 kW burner included, and the flame judged. We measure gas pressure and check the ignition and flame-safety device on any burner that lights and then drops out.
Two big doors that no longer close flush will both lose heat, so the seals are part of the visit. Model and serial come from the label before parts are ordered, and you see a written price before any work.

Error codes this model can show
Only one of my two ovens is uneven. What does that tell us?
It points away from the gas supply and toward that oven's own heating and thermostat. We measure each cavity against its dial, then test the heat source and thermostat of the one that is off.
The central burner is weak. What do we check?
We look at the flame size and color, the burner ports for blockage, and gas pressure at the range. A weak central burner while the others are normal points to that burner rather than the gas supply.
Does this range show error codes?
No display and no codes. We diagnose by lighting the burners, measuring gas pressure, checking ignition and flame-safety devices, and reading each oven's temperature with a thermometer.
